RVA Community Fridges The mutual aid group RVA Community Fridges is hosting a Thanksgiving Cooked Meal Drive on Friday, Nov. 29. The Giving Heart The nonprofit organization, The Giving Heart, hosts an annual Community Thanksgiving Feast at the Greater Richmond Convention Center located at 403 N. Third St. on Nov. 28 -- Thanksgiving Day -- where people can volunteer in several different roles to help provide food and other essential items to people on Thanksgiving. The meal will be catered locally and provided by the organization. They ask people to bring family and friends to help serve the food to those who they house undergoing medical treatments.
