CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A woman was found dead in Chesterfield County on Monday, with authorities classifying her death as suspicious in nature.
Just after 1:30 p.m. on Monday, March 2, officers with the Chesterfield County Police Department were called to the 7500 block of Route 1 for report of a death investigation.
Details are limited at this time. However, police confirmed that a woman was found dead and that this incident is being investigated as suspicious in nature.
The victim's identity is being withheld until her family can be notified.
