17th annual Cone Parade to take place in Carytown on New Year’s Day

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- The 17th Annual Cone Parade will kick off at noon in Richmond's Carytown area on New Year's Day. On Wednesday, Jan. 1 at noon, the 17th Annual Cone Parade in Carytown will take place. The parade will begin at the designated parking area near Aquarian Bookshop -- located at 12 S.
