6 people displaced after house fire in Chesterfield County

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — Six people were displaced after a fire blazed from a Chesterfield home Saturday evening.
At around 11:46 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 21, crews with Chesterfield County Fire and EMS responded to a reported house fire in the 1900 block of Muswell Court.
Upon arrival, crews found smoke coming from the three-story home and fire in a second-floor bedroom.

Firefighters controlled the fire in under 30 minutes. Officials said there were no injuries, but six people were displaced following the incident.
Officials continue to investigate the cause of the fire.
