Canadian goose shot with arrow, Colonial Heights shelter looking to help

In a photo provided by the shelter, you can see the arrow still sticking through the goose. Shelter staff would like to get custody of the goose, but it has proved challenging because it is still able to fly. Anyone who sees the goose nearby is encouraged to contact the shelter at 804-520-9397 ext. 5 or the non-emergency number at 804-520-9300.
