Car crashes into Boulevard Burger & Brew in Richmond, police investigating
RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- The Richmond Police Department is investigating after a car crashed into the Boulevard Burger & Brew restaurant in Richmond on Friday. At 11:23 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 11, officers were called to the intersection of North Arthur Ashe Boulevard and Leigh Street for the report of a vehicle crashing into a structure. When officers arrived, they found a vehicle that had left the roadway and crashed into the business. According to police, no patrons or employees were present at the time of the crash. According to police, during the argument, the man exited the driver's seat in an attempt to remove one of the women from the vehicle. She has been charged with driving while impaired and reckless driving. The Richmond Police Department is continuing to investigate this incident.
