Chesterfield County Animal Services reduces dog adoption fees through Saturday

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — Chesterfield County Animal Services announced on Monday that adoption fees for dogs will be reduced this week.
According to a social post on Monday, Oct. 27, dog adoption fees at Chesterfield County Animal Services will be $10 through Saturday, Nov. 1 — reduced from the typical $60.
With 90 dogs currently in its care, the shelter is at its capacity and hopes adopters will use this opportunity to step up.
As of reporting, there were 20 adoptable dogs with Chesterfield County Animal Services.
