Chesterfield County is holding its annual airport school supply drive

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Chesterfield County Airport is holding its 5th annual school supply drive from now through the beginning of August.

Donations for the drive will be accepted from now until Monday, Aug. 11 in the terminal on 7511 Airfield Drive. Partnerships for this year's drive include Chesterfield County Police, Chesterfield Public Library and Chesterfield County Public Schools.

According to Chesterfield County, suggested donation items include:

• Colored pencils
• Composition notebooks
• Dry erase markers
• Glue sticks
• Highlighters
• Markers
• Pencil bags and boxes
• Pencils
• Pocket folders
• Scissors
• Washable markers

This drive isn't the only donation location, the following facilities will also be accepting donations as well:

• All Chesterfield Public Library locations
• County Administration building: 9901 Lori Road
• Community Development Building: 9800 Government Center Parkway
• Eanes-Pitman Public Safety Training Center: 6610 Public Safety Way
