Chesterfield police investigating credit card fraud at Chattanooga Walmart

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- The Chesterfield County Police Department is seeking assistance from the public in a Walmart credit card fraud case.

On April 9, 2025, a woman entered the Walmart at 12200 Chattanooga Plaza. According to police, she then selected multiple products and made fraudulent purchases with a Walmart Visa card.

The Walmart Visa card had been opened in the victim's name without their knowledge.

Police described the suspect as a Black female who was seen wearing a gray Virginia Tech sweatshirt, blue jeans, brown shoes and a bandana wrapped over her hair.
