Chesterfield woman killed, two men seriously hurt in Richmond 3-vehicle crash
RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- A Chesterfield County woman was killed and two men were seriously hurt in a three-vehicle crash in Richmond on Monday.
At about 4:42 p.m. on Monday, June 2, officers with the Richmond Police Department were called to Chippenham Parkway near the Huguenot Road interchange for the report of a three-vehicle crash.
According to police, an unidentified man was driving north when he crossed the median and struck two vehicles moving south.
The drivers of the other two involved vehicles were an unidentified man and 31-year-old Tiana Baker, of Chesterfield County. No one else was in any of the three vehicles.

All three people were taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries, where Baker later died.
A police spokesperson told 8News that one of the men -- the one who was struck driving southbound -- has since been released from the hospital. The man who is said to have crossed the median is still receiving treatment as of the time of reporting.

Charges have not been filed at this time, police said. The investigation into this crash continues.
