Crash on I-95 causes delays in Hanover County

HANOVER COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A vehicle crash on Interstate 95 caused delays in Hanover County on Sunday morning.
The crash was first reported by VDOT at 8:04 a.m. on Dec. 14 and was located on I-95 North near the England Street exit.
The north right lane and right shoulder were closed, according to VDOT.
Shortly before 9 a.m., all lanes were opened and the scene was marked clear by VDOT.
