Driver injured after three-vehicle crash in Caroline County

CAROLINE COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A driver was injured after a three-vehicle crash in Caroline County on Thursday.
Virginia State Police troopers said the crash was called in at 12:49 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 16. It was located at the intersection of Dawn Boulevard and Richmond Turnpike in Caroline County.
According to state police, three vehicles were involved, with one driver taken to VCU Medical Center in Richmond for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
The roadway was temporarily closed for a period of time but reopened as of 5:24 p.m. Thursday, according to police.
