Driver taken to hospital after tractor-trailer crash in Caroline

CAROLINE COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A driver is in the hospital after a tractor-trailer crash on Caroline County on Tuesday.
On Tuesday, July 8, Virginia State Police responded to a tractor-trailer crash at 18181 Rogers Clark Boulevard.
The preliminary investigation reveals that a Ford F-150 was attempting to turn left from Ladysmith Road onto Route 207 eastbound when it made a wide turn into the right lane of Route 207 eastbound.
A tractor-trailer carrying dry produce traveling in that lane collided with the F-150, causing the trailer to overturn into the median.
