Florida man arrested after 13 hit-and-run crashes on I-95
PETERSBURG, Va. (WRIC) — A Florida man is in custody after police said he was responsible for more than a dozen crashes on Interstate 95 Saturday morning.
Between 6:30 a.m. and 11:50 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 14, Virginia State Police responded to 13 hit-and-run crashes along I-95 between the Petersburg area and Spotsylvania County.
Authorities said a black Chevrolet pickup truck was responsible for the crashes. Troopers were able to find and stop the car.

Thirty-four-year-old Garrett Ryan Sulli of Florida was taken into custody. Authorities said they believe he was homeless.
Sulli's charges were not available at the time of reporting. Officials continue to investigate the incidents.
