CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Four people are displaced after a fire caused by a space heater destroyed a mobile home in Chesterfield County Wednesday morning. At 5:51 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 22, Chesterfield Fire and EMS crews responded to the report of a structure fire in the 7600 block of Route 1 Ponderosa Mobile Home and RV park. When firefighters arrived on scene, they found heavy fire coming from a mobile home. Officials said the fire was marked under control at 6:51 a.m. on Wednesday.
