HANOVER COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 95 is causing delays in Hanover County.
The crash was first reported around 3 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 22, and is located on I-95 South near the Lewistown Road exit.
According to VDOT, the south left shoulder and left lane are closed.
