Jahnke Road closed in Chesterfield after crash, downed power lines

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A portion of Jahnke Road is closed in Chesterfield Thursday afternoon due to a crash and downed power lines.
According to the Chesterfield County Police Department, officers are on scene as of 12:27 p.m. on Thursday, April 2, for a single vehicle crash at Brown and Jahnke Road.
Jahnke Road is closed in both directions at Brown Road and the closures are expected to continue for several hours as a result of downed power lines, officials said.
Motorists are urged to avoid the area and find alternate routes.
