Lakeside Elementary School dismisses students early in Henrico due to heating issues

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Lakeside Elementary School in Henrico County is dismissing students early on Monday due to heating issues, according to the school division.
At 10:06 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 15, Henrico County Public Schools announced on social media that Lakeside Elementary School will begin dismissing students early at 10:30 a.m. due to heating issues.
"The school is experiencing heating issues made worse by the significant drop in temperatures over the last 36 hours," the school division said.
The StormTracker8 team noted low temperatures throughout Central Virginia during the morning on Monday.
