Lane closure on Main Street and 21st Street expected to last several months

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- The City of Richmond's Department of Public Works is implementing a lane closure on Main Street and 21st Street that will start next week until mid-January 2025.
The intersection of Main Street and 21st Street will be closed daily from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. starting Monday, Nov. 11, until Friday, Jan. 24, 2025.
According to DPW, a contractor will be installing signal poles, traffic signal controllers, countdown pedestrian signal heads and other traffic equipment.
