Man arrested after alleged shooting in Charles City County

CHARLES CITY COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A man has been arrested Saturday morning in connection with an alleged shooting in Charles City County.
The morning of Saturday, July 26, the Charles City and New Kent County Sheriff's Office, as well as the Virginia State Police, were called to the 4800 block of Rocking Horse Lane for a report of a shooting.
When they arrived, a man at the home said that another man shot at him.
An unidentified man was arrested and will be facing criminal charges, and the weapon in the alleged offense was seized, according to police.
The Charles City County Sheriff's Office said there is no threat to the community.
