Man dies after being shot in Richmond’s Southside

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- A man is dead after he was shot in Richmond's Southside Thursday evening, according to police.
In the evening on Thursday, April 10, the Richmond Police Department received a report of a person shot in the 3400 block of Walmsley Boulevard.
When officers arrived, police said they found a man with a gunshot wound. He was taken to a local hospital, where he later died.
No information about a possible suspect was available, according to police.
