Man fighting for life after shooting in Richmond

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- A man is fighting for his life after police say he was shot in Richmond Thursday evening.
At 9:25 p.m. on Thursday, July 3, officers with the Richmond Police Department were called to the 2100 block of Keswick Avenue for a report of a shooting.

When officers arrived, they found a man inside a home with a life-threatening gunshot wound.
The man was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
