Man found dead inside local business after Hull Street shooting
RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- A man was found dead inside a local business on Hull Street Road after a shooting took place Sunday evening. According to Richmond Police, officers responded to the 5700 block of Hull Street Road at 5:36 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 15 for the report of a robbery that had changed to a shooting. When officers arrived, they found a man inside a local business with an apparent gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police. The medical examiner will determine the cause and manner of his death. Richmond Police are investigating the incident as a homicide -- anyone with information is asked to call Major Crimes Detective P. Ripley at 804-646-0423.
