Man injured after being hit by vehicle in Henrico

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A man has minor non-life-threatening injuries after he was hit by a vehicle in Henrico County on Monday night.
Around 9:25 p.m. on Monday, March 30, officers with the Henrico County Police Division responded to the intersection on Nine Mile Road and N. Laburnum Avenue for a reported pedestrian crash.
Once on scene, officers found a man with minor non-life-threatening injuries after he was hit by a vehicle. He was taken to a local hospital out of "an abundance of caution" for his injuries.
The driver of the vehicle stayed on the scene and cooperated with Henrico officers.
