Man who went missing in 2011 continues tradition of visiting Hanover Sheriff’s Office
HANOVER COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A 23-year-old man who went missing as a child in 2011 visited the Hanover County Sheriff's Office on Tuesday, as he does every year.
On Tuesday, Dec. 16, Robert “Robbie” Woods and his brother, Ryan, visited the Hanover County Sheriff's Office for their annual visit. The brothers wanted to continue thanking the deputies by dropping off fruit and cookies.
Woods went missing in 2011 when he was a non-verbal nine-year-old. Now, he is 23 and annually returns with his grandmother and brother to continue thanking those who worked hard to search for him.
