Missing 32-year-old disabled man may be in danger, Henrico Police say
HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A 32-year-old man with multiple disabilities who is missing out of Henrico County could be in danger, police say.
Just after 10 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 20, the Henrico County Police Division issued a missing endangered person alert for 32-year-old Dequan Carter.
Carter was last seen at about 6 p.m. on Wednesday, leaving the 1200 block of Concord Avenue.
Police said that Carter has multiple disabilities and that he is unable to care for himself. His disappearance poses a credible threat to his health and safety.

Carter, pictured above, is described as a Black man who is about 5-foot-7-inches tall and weighs about 230 pounds. He was last seen wearing a dark-colored shirt, black basketball shorts and black sparkled Nike Air Force One shoes.
