Missing 73-year-old out of Henrico in need of medication

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Henrico Police is looking for the public's help to find a 73-year-old that went missing out of Henrico on Thursday afternoon.

According to a release, the Henrico County Department of Emergency Communications got a call on Friday, April 4 at 8:12 a.m. regarding 73-year-old Roy Otis Brown Jr.

Police said that Brown was last seen on Thursday, April 3 in the 500 block of E. Williamsburg Road going for a walk at around 3:30 p.m. His family informed police that he needs medication and they are worried for his safety.

Brown, pictured above, has been described as a Black man standing at five foot four inches with a white beard -- last seen wearing ripped blue jeans, a grey shirt and a white bucket hat. Police also said that "he is known to walk slowly."
