Missing 83-year-old man out of Caroline could be in danger
CAROLINE COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- An 83-year-old man missing out of Caroline County could be in danger, authorities say.
Virginia State Police issued a missing adult alert for 83-year-old Harry Franklin Popp just after 9:15 p.m. on Monday, April 7.
Popp is believed to be traveling in the Virginia Beach or Hampton Roads area, possibly driving a white 2024 Chevrolet Malibu. The license plate number of that vehicle is TDY-9580. Both Popp and his vehicle are pictured below.

Authorities described Popp as a 5-foot-6-inch-tall white man with brown eyes. He is bald and is said to weigh about 150 pounds. No information was provided on what he may be wearing.

Police did not say how long Popp has been missing or when he was last seen. However, his disappearance is said to pose a credible threat to his health and safety.
