HANOVER COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A multi-vehicle crash involving a box truck on Interstate 95 is causing delays for drivers near the Doswell area of Hanover County. The crash was first reported around 11 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 9, and is located on I-95 South near the Kings Dominion Boulevard exit. According to VDOT, the south center lane and right lane are closed.
