CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Drivers heading northbound can expect delays on I-95 in Chesterfield due to a multi-vehicle accident.
On Monday, Dec. 8, at 3:10 p.m., a multi-vehicle accident occurred, causing delays and blocking the right shoulder of I-95 north near mile marker 66.
