CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Multiple lanes are closed on Chippenham Parkway and Hull Street Road in Chesterfield County due to police activity on Thursday afternoon. At around 2 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 2, the Virginia Department of Transportation reported that all northbound lanes on Chippenham Parkway are closed near Hull Street Road due to police activity. According to officials, all eastbound and westbound lanes of Hull Street Road are closed as well. The department advises drivers to use alternate routes to avoid delays.
