No Limit Towing owner facing another charge for violating bond

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- The woman who pleaded guilty to stealing cars in Richmond over several years faced a judge in Richmond court again on Friday.

Sherral Crawley, the owner of No Limit Towing, is accused of violating bond.

When the Commonwealth’s Attorney told the judge Crawley is facing a bond violation charge, Crawley looked surprised and said she didn’t know about it.

While records showing the exact violation aren't yet public, we do know that part of her Richmond bond agreement is to be on good behavior. Since taking the plea deal, she has picked up more charges outside Richmond.

As we reported last month, Crawley is facing three charges in Caroline County:

  • One count of forgery in connection to an incident on Oct. 1 of 2024.
  • One count of issuing a bad check for an incident that allegedly occurred on Feb. 21, 2025.
  • One count of grand larceny for an incident that reportedly occurred on May 1, 2025.

She originally faced 23 charges in Richmond for towing cars in unauthorized areas and overcharging customers until reaching a plea deal in May. Crawley pleaded guilty to eight charges for stealing cars and money through her business.

Although the bond violation was heard in Richmond, she’s currently being detained at the Pamunkey Regional Jail after being denied bond on her Caroline charges.

She’ll be in court there in August for her three newest charges and is set to be sentenced in Richmond for her other eight charges in September.
