Nu Collard Solutions to host 3rd annual Youth Wellness Expo

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Nu Collar Solutions and Community Partners will be hosting their third annual Youth Wellness Expo next Saturday.

The organization is centered around educating and empowering young men through their coaching services and address numerous topics such as physical, mental, emotional and spiritual components of wellness, according to the website.

The expo will be held April 12, from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Boys and Girls Club of Teen & Community Center on 1820 Creighton Rd.

The event is open to youth from ages 12-19, and although the organization is geared towards young men, young ladies are welcomed -- according to the registration page. The event will hold sessions focusing on building and strengthening healthy relationships from family to dating.
