RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- StormTracker8 Meteorologist Matt DiNardo was joined by recurring guest Captain Simón Valencia and fellow meteorologist Jacqueline Waters on Wednesday to talk about their experience in a recent beginner fly fishing class.
Valencia, owner of Current Culture Fly Shop, recently took Waters out on the water to teach her some of the basics of fly fishing -- getting comfortable with a rod, how to cast and all the different factors that can impact the experience.
