Off the Hook: Tidal James Catfish Club

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- StormTracker8 Meteorologist Matt DiNardo was joined by a special guest on Wednesday to talk about the Tidal James Catfish Club (TJCC).

DiNardo got the chance to talk with Captain Trey Thorpe, a U.S.C.G. Licensed James River Trophy Catfish Guide, about the TJCC, their upcoming veteran event and the state of fishing in the James River as a whole.
