Over 23,000 homes, businesses without power in Central Virginia
RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Over 23,000 homes and businesses are without power throughout Central Virginia Thursday morning.
As of 10:45 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 13, the following localities were experiencing power outages, according to Dominion Energy:
- Chesterfield County: 4,156 homes and businesses without power
- Henrico County: 4,073 homes and businesses without power
- Richmond: 4,956 homes and businesses without power
- Powhatan County: 3,901 homes and businesses without power
- Prince Edward County: 2,992 homes and businesses without power
- Cumberland County: 1,962 homes and businesses without power
- Goochland County: 732 homes and businesses without power
- Amelia County: 393 homes and businesses without power
- Hanover County: 313 homes and businesses without power
At the peak of outages on Wednesday, Feb. 12, over 130,000 Central Virginia homes and businesses were without power.
