ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- An intersection in Albemarle County is closed due to an overturned tractor-trailer Monday morning.
At around 11:30 a.m. on Monday, May 5, the Albemarle County Police Department reported that the intersection of Old Ivy Road and Old Garth Road, near the railroad, is closed due to an overturned tractor-trailer.

Officials said drivers can expect an extended closure and are advised to use another route until further notice.
