Person fighting for life after Petersburg double shooting

PETERSBURG, Va. (WRIC) -- A person is fighting for their life after a double shooting in Petersburg late Tuesday night.
Just after 11 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 12, the Petersburg Bureau of Police said its officers were at the scene of a double shooting in the 400 block of Terrace Avenue.
One person was taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries. Police did not share any information on the condition of the other victim.
