Person taken to nearby hospital after I-95 crash in Prince George
PRINCE GEORGE, Va. (WRIC) -- A person was taken to a nearby hospital after a tractor-trailer crash on Interstate 95 in Prince George on Wednesday morning.
Shortly before 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 9, crews with Prince George Fire and EMS were dispatched to I-95 for a reported motor vehicle accident.

Officials said that when they arrived, they found a tractor-trailer had left the interstate and knocked down a road sign. According to police, one person was taken to a nearby hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The cause of the crash is unknown as of the time of reporting.
