PHOTOS: 8News attends National Association of Broadcasters State Leadership Conference in DC

WASHINGTON (WRIC) -- 8News is attending the National Association of Broadcasters' 2026 State Leadership Conference in Washington, D.C.

The conference spans from Monday, March 2, through Wednesday, March 4, where two of our own -- MaryCatherine Price, digital streaming executive producer, and Lindsey West, special projects producer -- are hearing from federal policymakers, industry experts and legislators to support the development of our reporting.

Events on Tuesday, March 3, will include the National Association of Broadcasters' Television and Radio Awards, including the Chuck Sherman Television Leadership Award and the National Association of Broadcasters' Crystal Radio Awards.
