Police search for suspect after armed robbery at 7-Eleven in Albemarle County
ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- The Albemarle County Police Department is investigating an armed robbery that occurred at a convenience store early Sunday morning. At approximately 4:46 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 24, Albemarle County police responded to a 7-Eleven at the 1200 block of Seminole Trail for an armed robbery report. According to police, an unknown black male, who is believed to be in their 20s, came into the store and demanding cash while displaying a gun. The suspect was seen wearing a black hoodie, black pants and a black face mask. Police said the suspect left the scene in an unknown direction travel with an undisclosed amount of money.
