Richmond Animal Care and Control offers $17 adoption fees for weekend before St. Patrick’s Day

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- It's your lucky day! Richmond Animal Care and Control (RACC) will offer $17 adoption fees over the weekend before St. Patrick's Day.
According to RACC, adoption fees will be $17 from Friday, March 14 through Sunday, March 16.
The shelter will be open from noon to 6 p.m. on Friday, from noon to 5 p.m. on Saturday and from noon to 4 p.m. on Sunday.
