Richmond Falcon Cam returns for 2026 season

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Good news falcon fans, the Richmond Falcon Cam has returned for the spring 2026 season!

The Virginia Department of Wildlife Resources announced on Monday, March 2 that the falcon cam is back, offering people an up close and personal look at the peregrine falcons nesting in downtown Richmond.

As the cam's start date lines up with breeding season, the department said that there's a possibility eggs could be laid soon.

In past years, the cam has caught several milestone moments for the falcons, including territorial fights, first flights and more.
