Richmond Public Library to host Stardew Valley fuse beads event
RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Love Stardew Valley? Richmond Public Library's Ginter Park Library will host a workshop in early January where attendees can make their own fuse bead creations inspired by the game.
The workshop will be held from 4 to 5:30 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 2, in the Ginter Park Library's meeting room. It's intended for teens and adults.
Attendees can create an 8-bit design of their in-game character, their favorite villager, an animal, monster or item using fuse beads, according to organizers.
Creations can be made into either a magnet or a keychain. Reference images will be available for attendees to peruse.
All materials will be provided, according to Richmond Public Library, and staff will be able to assist with the fusing process.
Ginter Park Library is located at 1200 Westbrook Ave. in Richmond.
The event is free to attend, and registration is required. For more information and to reserve your spot, visit Richmond Public Library's website.
