Richmond SPCA offering fee-free adoptions for some cats this week

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Richmond SPCA wants you to take home one of the adult cats in its care this week. To make it even easier, the shelter is waiving all adoption fees.
This "Feline the Sunshine" adoption special runs from Monday, March 31 to Sunday, April 6.
During that time, those looking to adopt an adult cat can take home their new furry friend without paying any adoption fees.
Last week, 59 pets were adopted.

"Come by and find the purrfect companion to enjoy the sunshine with," the Richmond SPCA said on its website.
