RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued in multiple Central Virginia localities Monday night.
The following localities are under a severe thunderstorm warning until 10:30 p.m. on Monday, July 14:
- King and Queen County
- King William County
- New Kent County
A severe thunderstorm warning means a severe thunderstorm or storms has been located in or near the impacted areas via radar.

These storms can bring heavy rain and high-speed winds, the latter of which can cause damage to trees and power lines.
