RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- A severe thunderstorm watch has been issued for some Central Virginia localities west of Interstate 95 on Wednesday.
The watch will be in effect until 10 p.m. on Wednesday, July 9, in the following localities:
- Albemarle County
- Buckingham County
- Caroline County
- City of Charlottesville
- Cumberland County
- Goochland County
- Hanover County
- Louisa County
- Orange County
- Powhatan County
- Prince Edward County
A severe thunderstorm watch means a severe storm or storms may form, given current and forecasted weather conditions.
