StormTracker8: Another cold night; Pleasant Fall Weather Ahead

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) – We just experienced one of the coldest Veterans Days in Central Virginia in recorded history! Highs today were in the 40s, and lows were in the upper 20s and low 30s this morning.

Tonight's lows will be back to near freezing. We will see a few clouds in and out, but skies will be mostly clear.

Tomorrow will be warmer, with highs near 60°. It will be breezy again, with gusts up to 25mph.

We may see a weak frontal boundary overnight Wednesday into Thursday. Thursday lows will be in the upper 30s and highs will be near 60° again. Friday and Saturday highs will be in the 60s, and the forecast for the Richmond Marathon is looking perfect.

We are tracking an abnormally warm Sunday, with highs nearing 70°. Another cold front may pass through next week to drop our highs and lows back to "normal" for this time of the year. We don't have rain in the forecast.
