StormTracker8: More wintry weather on the way

Richmond, Va. (WRIC) -- Clear skies to be with us for this evening and tonight with lows around 20.

We will see increasing clouds on Tuesday with the risk of a few rain or snow showers late in the day with highs in the lower 40s.

Tuesday night we will have the risk of rain or snow showers throughout the overnight with our overnight lows falling back to near 30.

Wednesday will feature cloudy skies and will still contain that risk of some snow showers throughout the day with highs in the middle 30s.

Thursday will feature mostly cloudy skies with some occasional breaks of sun developing in the afternoon with highs in the upper 30s.

Friday will feature partly sunny skies with highs in the lower 40s.

Looking ahead to the upcoming weekend we will see partly sunny skies for Saturday and Sunday, but it will remain chilly with highs in the middle 30s.

As our attention turns to next week, we should see partly sunny skies for Monday and Tuesday with highs in the upper 30s and lower 40s.
