StormTracker8: Possible patchy fog in the morning; mild weather begins Tuesday

Richmond, Va. (WRIC) -- After we saw a rainy day on our Sunday, and then slowly improving conditions on our Monday, we are then in for a mild stretch of weather that will start Tuesday and last through Friday of this work week. Details below.

Tonight’s forecast on this Monday night into Tuesday morning, calls for mostly clear to partly cloudy skies and chilly temperatures, getting back down into the lower 30s in Metro Richmond, which means some locations outside of the Metro will dip into the upper 20s.

Tomorrow’s forecast for our Tuesday, calls for partly cloudy skies and milder temperatures, with highs 60 to 65 degrees.

Wednesday will be very similar, under mostly cloudy skies and highs around 65 degrees.

Thursday, Friday, and this upcoming weekend, all look to bring a rain chance to Central Virginia, at a scattered level.

Meanwhile, temperatures will be average to above average all this week, before taking a dip back to seasonable averages by Sunday, and heading into early next week, we will see the return of below average temperatures once again and drier conditions for next Monday and next Tuesday.
